Every nanny candidate we recommend to you will have passed thorough background checks, a driving record check, and multiple referrals. Additionally, they are pre-interviewed to ensure their needs, availability, and caregiving styles are in alignment with your family. 

 

This service is for any Orange County or Long Beach family seeking regular, long-term childcare, whether the need is full-or part-time. 

Sometimes, as with any relationship, you might notice an unexpected change in the dynamics with your nanny.  This may be a  sudden drop off in communication, waning enthusiasm, or any other shift in their attitude or work.  If you have hired a nanny with us, we offer a follow-up service to help address these types of circumstances.  

 

Before seeking a nanny-replacement, we work with you & your nanny to address these concerns to find a positive outcome for everyone. 

 

Additionally, if you hired your nanny independently, but would like some support bolstering that relationship, we are here for you. 

Some families want to conduct their own nanny search & are simply hoping for a little guidance & reinforcement along the way. For those families, we offer our assist & advise services.  We meet with you to help clarify your family's needs, and offer our suggestions for how to find the best candidate to meet those needs We are available throughout your process for any questions or concerns you have along the way. 

 

With this service, we offer a full background screening package, so you can rest assured once you've found your nanny.  

 

This service is great for families who dot have the budget for our full connection services,  as well as for families who want to be more engaged in the entire process.
